Clubdeal: CEB and RAX jointly arrange a EUR 20 million loan for a property in the Central Innovation District in The Hague 

For a private investor, lenders CEB (Credit Europe Bank N.V.) and RAX (Rax Finance) have jointly provided an investment loan in the amount of EUR 20,000,000. The existing loan has been refinanced, creating extra space for future investments within the group of the owner of the property.

The property is located in the Central Innovation District in The Hague and can be redeveloped into a mixed-use program with homes and offices.

CEB and RAX have jointly made a facility available that matches the specific credit needs of the owner of the property. Thanks to this cooperation, tailor-made financings of minimum EUR 15 million can be offered to investors at attractive conditions.
